Superior Service & Supply, LLC (Superior Vending) was founded in 1994 by father & son duo, first servicing gumball & candy machines, then quickly transitioning into a full-service vending within the first year of operation. This same family-owned company continues today with more than three decades of experience serving the businesses and communities of Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and surrounding areas.


Still owned by the son, Travis Rogers, and his wife, “Sissy”, together they proudly lead the company with full ownership, carrying forward its legacy of providing Superior Service to the evolving workforce of today and at the same time, expanding into new opportunities. In 2016, they launched their first workplace mirco market and in 2023, Superior Service & Supply became an industry leader by partnering with USConnect to build and launch a first of it’s kind, fully independent Hospitality Market. What began with just vending machines has now evolved into full-service vending, micro markets, and hospitality markets — offering convenient access to drinks, snacks, cold meals, and frozen options tailored to workplaces and hotels of all sizes.


As a family-owned and operated business, we’re dedicated to more than just stocking machines. Our mission is to provide reliable, customized refreshment solutions that make life easier for employees, guests, and visitors. We believe in delivering quality, convenience, and care in everything we do.


With over 30 years of experience, we’ve learned how to grow and adapt alongside the changing needs of our customers. Whether it’s offering healthier choices, expanding into self-checkout micro markets, or designing 24/7 hotel hospitality markets, our focus remains the same: serving people well and making refreshment simple, accessible, and enjoyable.
